4FE provides a range of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) services that can be tailored to meet the needs of our client’s given the scale, complexity and risk of the project. 4FE staff provide ILS services to clients through all stages of the equipment life cycle – from concept plans and establishing/tailoring DIDs within acquisition contracts to verification of the support system, review and acceptance of ILS deliverables, development of ILS Instructions (ILSI), in service management and assistance with disposal planning/conduct.
In addition to this end client/’above the line support’, 4FE has a proven track record in managing ILS programs on behalf of equipment suppliers/manufacturer’s and development of key ILS and training related deliverables required under typical Defence contracts (including DEF(AUST)5629B compliant products). 4FE is able to provide the following ILS services and products:
ILS Program Management:
Conduct or review Logistic Support Analysis Programs including conducting:
Develop or review ILS plans, reports and publications including:
o User Handbook (UHB)
o Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Instructions (EMEIs)
o Repair Parts Identification List (RPIL)
o Complete Equipment Schedule List (CES-L)
